From distributed infrastructure to distributed intelligence.
SuperSeed AI is building an intelligence layer designed to connect distributed compute resources, specialized AI models and autonomous agents, while allowing organizations to keep control over their data, infrastructure and governance.
An intelligence layer on top of the infrastructure you choose.
Distributed infrastructure
Own data center, private cloud, edge and distributed networks.
NeuroGrid
Efficient inference on the hardware at hand.
SuperSeed AI Network
Connects resources, models and authorized participants.
SuperSeed AI Agents
Goals become tasks coordinated across models and tools.
Applications
Chat, documents, search and the customer's own systems.
NeuroForge
Specializes and evaluates models per domain, for NeuroGrid to run.
Infrastructure can be distributed. Intelligence can be coordinated. Data can remain under its owner's control.
Four layers, each with one job.
NeuroGrid
The SuperSeed AI inference engine. It runs models efficiently on local and distributed resources, with research into compact formats, including ternary computing, to cut memory and compute requirements. The goal is to widen the places where AI can run.
Today: serves chat, document reading and embeddings in production, through an OpenAI-compatible API.
NeuroForge
Not every problem needs the largest model; it needs the right one. NeuroForge adapts, specializes and evaluates models for each organization, domain and environment, weighing quality, efficiency, compute cost and governance requirements.
Today: the specialization and evaluation pipeline is in development, on the same engine.
SuperSeed AI Network
Connects compute resources, models and AI capabilities among authorized participants. Each participant contributes capacity without handing over control of its data or environment, and sets rules on resources, models, identity and permissions.
Today: the AI Gateway, in production, routes each organization to dedicated nodes. The open mesh among participants is in development.
SuperSeed AI Agents
The layer where models, data, tools and compute work together. An agent receives a goal, queries authorized sources and uses specialized models and permitted tools, without depending on a single model, server or provider.
Today: in development, on the same API as the models in production.
Sovereignty by architecture, not added afterwards.
The organization decides where data stays, where models run and who can access each resource. That allows private, hybrid, federated or distributed architectures: the data stays with its owner and the intelligence goes to it.
What holds today
- Sovereign license: the engine runs on the customer's hardware and data never leaves the perimeter.
- Dedicated nodes, with no calls to third-party APIs.
- Prompts and responses are not persisted.
- A signed receipt per request that the customer can verify on its own.
What we are building
- Per-organization policies on where each piece of data may travel.
- Identity and permissions per participant and per agent.
- Running models close to the data, in federated environments.
- Governance rules enforced before every call.
Infrastructure and intelligence do not have to come from the same platform.
SuperSeed AI is not meant to replace existing infrastructure. It is designed to operate on top of different computing environments, or alongside them.
Compute
A network or a data center provides processing and storage.
Trust
Another technology can provide identity, connectivity or trust mechanisms.
Intelligence
SuperSeed AI provides inference, model specialization and agents.
Coordination
Agents coordinate these pieces under each organization's rules.
What runs through every layer.
| Layer | Status | Today |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | In production | One key per organization at the AI Gateway; per-participant identity in development. |
| Governance | In development | Per-organization policies on models, data and agents. |
| Data sovereignty | In testing | Sovereign license on the customer's hardware: data never leaves the perimeter. |
| Security | In production | Encrypted traffic, nodes with no exposed ports, no prompt persistence. |
| Auditability | In production | A signed receipt per request, verifiable without going through SuperSeed AI. |
| Blockchain/DLT | In testing | Each epoch root anchored on a test network; moving to mainnet is an operations decision. |
Intelligence can move. Data doesn't have to.
The Internet distributed information.
Cloud computing distributed capacity.
Decentralized networks are distributing infrastructure and trust.
The next layer is intelligence, and that is where SuperSeed AI works.
